Our mission is to support all facets of the arts. We contract exhibits, performances, and workshops for our community.
Our goal is to promote art education, enjoyment, and enrichment in Hart County, Georgia, and the surrounding areas.
The Art Center of Hartwell is a
non-profit, 501(c)3, run by the
Hart Regional Arts Council.
The Arts Center
The Arts Center has been a meaningful asset to locals and a hub for creatives for decades.
The Hart Regional Arts Council Board of Directors is doing everything in its power to ensure the
Open the Doors Campaign is a success,
and we can return to our regularly scheduled activities and exhibits as soon as possible.
Our fundraisers have been abundant thanks to our wonderful community and our sponsors. Thank you to the Georgia Council for the Arts and National Endowment for the Arts for their GCA Cultural Facilities Grant to support the reconstruction of the Arts Center roof.
The GALLERY
Events, Exhibits, and Workshops
We are a non-profit that hosts multiple art exhibits annually. Together with our affiliates, the Hartwell Photography Guild and the Hart County Community Chorus, we provide valuable enrichment to our community and the region.
This program is supported in part by Georgia Council for the Arts through the appropriations of the Georgia General Assembly and GCA Cultural Facilities Grant. Georgia Council for the Arts also receives support from its partner agency – the National Endowment for the Arts.
